Thanks to caring community members like yourselves, our mental health community event (formerly named Hike for Hope) has made great strides to promote mental wellness and prevent suicide in Fort Bend County. This spring a bold, new local non-profit organization, Fort Bend Mental Health (FBMH), is launching an awareness walk named HOPE IN MOTION to get closer to our vision of a world where mental health is prioritized, understood, and supported. A portion of the funds will be contributed to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

Mental health awareness and suicide prevention are more important than ever and, with your partnership, we can make an even greater difference in the lives of those in Fort Bend County.
Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the United States and the suicide rate continues to rise.
In 2022, 10.3 out of every 100,000 Fort Bend County residents died by suicide (Source)
Fort Bend Mental Health is on a MISSION to promote mental wellness and prevent suicide in Fort Bend County by advocating for awareness, providing training and education, and connecting communities to resources and compassionate support.
We envision a world where mental health is prioritized, understood, and supported—free from stigma and full of compassion. We are dedicated to creating safe spaces, fostering open conversations, and empowering individuals and communities to take charge of their mental well-being. Through education, outreach, and advocacy, we aim to build a future where mental health care is accessible to all and no one suffers in silence. Fort Bend Mental Health is the local bridge — connecting everyday people in Fort Bend County (that's you, the "Helpers") with mental health resources, professionals, and community support. We focus on empowering Helpers — parents, teachers, faith leaders, coworkers, law enforcement, business leaders, elected officials, and friends — to recognize distress, provide compassionate support, and connect people to care. Top Team & Largest Team Tent Sponsor | $500 (limit 4 sponsors)
Your sponsorship will help us celebrate Hope In Motion’s largest and highest fundraising team with their own VIP tent.
These tents will be in a high visibility area and will be festively decorated and stocked with special snacks to show our appreciation for the teams’ extraordinary effort.
Your company’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on signage near the tents.
Volunteer Tent Sponsor | $500 (limit 2 sponsors)
Your company’s support will help keep our volunteers fed, hydrated, and happy.
There will be signage clearly recognizing who has generously sponsored the tent.
Kids’ Area Sponsor | $500 (limit 1 sponsor)
Your sponsorship will help with supplies and fun activities to keep kids young and old entertained and smiling.
There will be signage clearly recognizing the sponsor for the Kids area.
Water Station Sponsor | $200 (limit 3 sponsors)
Your company will be assigned a pit-stop table along the walk route to hand out water, marketing materials, but most of all, encouragement to all the walk participants.
You can decorate your table as you wish, but we will provide clear signage to recognize who has generously sponsored each water station.
VENDOR AND NON-PROFIT BOOTHS
We encourage vendors and non-profit organizations to join us for the fun!! We will provide a table and 2 chairs for each vendor/non-profit to set up a booth to share your information and merchandise with our walk participants. Decorate your area however you’d like!! Bring a tent for protection from the sun if you wish. A signed Sponsorship Agreement mustbe obtained in order to have an approved booth.

Vendors | $ 150
No food can be distributed or sold at the Brazos River Park unless it is pre-packaged OR vendor/Non-Profit maintains a food permit with the City of Sugar Land.

Credit Card
To make a secure credit card payment, go to our portal. Choose “credit card payment” option, fill out the sponsorship information, make payment, and upload your logo (if your sponsorship level requires a logo).
In-Kind Donation
Fill out the in-kind donation form online, and upload your logo (if your sponsorship level requires a logo).
Logo Instructions: T-shirt: Vector files (EPS, PS, PDF) to ensure logo integrity. Website: Stacked logos appear best(max width 80px) and image files only (JPEG, PNG). Logo is due by April 9, 2026.
By submitting your form and payment online, you authorize Mental Health Fort Bend and Hope In Motion to include your corporate name and/or logo on all “Hope In Motion” materials consistent with our sponsorship selection and publication dates.
