Join us for a refreshing morning of movement, connection, and intentional reset in the heart of historic Richmond.
We’re gathering at Truffle & Rye for a community-based spring wellness experience designed to support your mental, physical, and emotional health.
We’ll begin by stretching in Truffle & Rye’s outdoor space to warm up and ground ourselves.
From there, we’ll head out into historic downtown Richmond as a community.
